TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit Policy
Please send deposit 30 % upon confirm booking PT. SEJAHTERA ABADI SELARAS
Please send deposit 50 % 2 weeks before event Bank Mandiri

CANCELLATION AND AMANDEMENT POLICY


Please note a cancellation fee the relevant estimated revenue shall be levied if written cancellation notice
received as below:
 2 weeks before the group arrival, 50 % of the total contracted revenue
 2 days before the group arrival, full payment of the total contracted revenue
 All amendments should be made at least 3 days before the event
It is agreed upon that if you fails to settle the accounts within the agreed credit period, the hotel will have the
right to demand immediate payment on all outstanding accounts and interest of 5 % per month will be charges
on all overdue amount.

POSTPONEMENT POLICY
Either party without penalty or liability in the event of acts of God, Government regulation, fire, flood and earthquake
to provide the facilities hold the function, upon written notice to the other party specifying such case, may cause this
agreement. The client may postpone the event as per the date and venue agreed by both parties.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY


The hotel does not allow any outside or hotel guests bring food and beverage items to the premises. Any
incoming delivery will be rejected and sent back. No left ever food to be taken out from premises.

LIABILTY
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function, which may damage the Hotel’s reputation or may
affect its business and security. The hotel will be not responsible for damage or loss of any property brought into
the hotel. The clients agrees not to put any signs displays, and streamers on electrical connections without
permission from the Hotel or its property. Damage arising in consequence of the above worth will be charge to
the client.
