Causes and Effects of Cyber bullying

Cyber bullying is a form of bullying or harassment using electronic means or simply social media
sites. Cyber bullying had been increasing especially on teenagers. Cyber bullying happens when
someone, typically the teens, harass, bully, or embarrass other people by posting bad comments or bad
thoughts or ideas about a person's personality or traits posting rumors, threats, sexual remarks or a
persons personal information using social media.

Cyber bullying causes negative effects on a victims life. A victim may have low self esteem,
frustrated, angry, depresses, may suffer anxiety, and may commit suicide. Victims may also be affected
mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. When one is a victim, of cyber bullying he or she may
not be in her proper physical structure. Like he is not able to take good care of himself. Emotionally in a
way that one is full of fear. Fear to let out his emotions and feelings. Mentally to the point that one
becomes paranoid and go crazy because of the hurtful words that he gets and spiritually in where one's
doubt with God's occurs. It's where one questions how could God bear to not do a thing about what
they are suffering.

Cyber bullying brings no good effects to the victims life. It may bring happiness satisfaction and
contentment to the bully but never to the one bullied. When is experiencing bullying, one needs
someone to talk to and comfort him. A person just needs constant care and uplifting to avoid the
problem getting worst when one is cyber bullied.
