thermal head, then thermal head change electrical signals into heat energy, breakdown master and become
graphic .
⑵.Master making
First of all, the disposal box master collects the printed master and detectives the master
collection. Meanwhile the scanner head reads the image data from the original and transfer the

data to the thermal head. The thermal head prints the image data to the master, and the thermal
master is loaded onto the drum by mechanical part and the test print is made.
⑶.Printing
The paper feed tray may will support the paper up, and the paper is separate and
delivered to the second feed roller by cooperation work of paper feed roller and the paper
separator pad. Then the paper is seeped from the tiny mesh of the thermal master on the
drum, and through pressing by the pressure roller to the paper and to the drum, the printing
procedure is completed. Shortly the paper is separated from the master by the blower device,
and then by paper separate pawl and the paper transport belt the print paper is delivered to
the paper receiving tray.

2.Transmission system:

feeding pressure lever at high levels, easy to transport thick paper, at low in contrast.
4. Separation system:
Separation: Front paper feed tray hold up the paper,
depressed, the second paper feed link bearing and the second paper feed camshaft gap can
guarantee a reliable contact with pressure roll, when the paper hit paper switch, the second feed
axial hit the second paper feed rubber rollers, embossing rollers lift the same time, second feed
rollers rotating rubber, printed paper into the printing system.

the scanning cover and place the original in the middle, face down on the glass plate
aligned with the scale. Close the scan cover.

viscosity at high temperature, when the temperature <10 ℃ the use of ink to print a small

amount of ink on paper, print density is light; when temperature> 30 ℃ using ink printed to
the large amount of ink on paper, printing density is dark.
Note:1)、Please use RONDDA ink.
2)
、Please do not use ink with bubbles.
3)、Please do not put ink on low temperature <10 ℃ and high temperature> 30 ℃
environment, in order to avoid performance of degradation ink.
2、Feature of master
①、Digital duplicator used master which is composition of protection layer, thermal layer,
adhesive layer and basic layer, the function of each layer as follows:
Protection layer:Preventing thermal layer melting and damage due to friction, to prevent
the thermal layer and as a result of the influence of electrostatic charge
transfer failure occurs, the material for the silicon-fluorine forming
lubricants.
Thermal layer:Thermal head heat generated can melt the layers of many small holes,
material for the polyester.
Adhesive layer:The thermal layer on the adhesion to the grassroots level; not hinder the
ink leakage; increase the compressive strength of the surface of master.
Basic layer:The bottom is master materials, is fiber layer; ink leaking from the
grassroots.

Way of measure the voltage:①. Connect the multimeter, remember not let in it in
short circuit;
②.The normal voltage should be
+5V±2%,+24V±2%,-12V±3%;
③. Disconnect the cable between deputy power board
and main board, inspect the main power board, deputy power
board and main board.

Ⅸ.Maintenance
⑴. Routine maintenance:
1. Master maker: When supplying master,if the machine shows master supplying
error and frequently cuts master,please clean the sensor at master tail with clean
cloth,and check whether the sensor is in center. As following picture shows.

2. If the machine shows disposal motor error by turning on the master making button
and nothing by turning on,please check the disposal sensor and then clean both
the emitting sensor and the receiving sensor with clean cloth.

4. If it always displays right paper jam,please check emitting sensor and receiving
sensor of right paper jam and clean them with clean cloth.

Step1:
①. Use screwdriver to take out the paper feeding shaft’s fixed screw,move the roller
unit as
direction 1 to disassemble the screws and bolts of the connecting sleeve on the right
side of the paper feeding shaft.
②. Move the paper feeding roller unit as direction 2 and then take it out.

①. Open the front cover, take out the drum and the disposal box。
②. Screw up fixed screw of the paper switch and remove the used paper switch.
③. Install the new paper switch in accordance with disassembly steps and tighten the

Steps:
①. Open the front cover, take out the drum to observe out the printing roller.
②. Grasp the printing roller by hand and pull up it directly by hand, with screwdriver lift
at the bearing direction, as the above picture shows.

③. Replace the new printing roller or clean the used one.
④. Install the printing roller. Firstly install the printing roller which is near the front
wallboard, then press the other side.
Notes: If back cover of the machine is not open, you use screwdriver to prize the
bearing to take out the printing roller.

②. Disassemble the two upper frame spring and remove the screen and bracket assy.

In case the installation fails please enter the printers in the control board, cancel RDPrinter1.1,
click right key of the Mouse on the blank and enter the server attributes, click driver procedure and
cancel RDPrinter1.1. And then reinstall according to the steps above.
