AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

I, CHONA ALZA BRUNO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Barrio
Tangid (45), Laoag City, Ilocos Norte and the Attorney-in-fact of MARIANO CU by
virtue of a Special Power of Attorney under the Notarial Register of JOHN JOHN P.
FELIPE under Doc. No. 3; Page No. 1; Book No. CXXVIII; Series of 2019, under oath,
do hereby depose and state that:

I am the Attorney-In-Fact of MARIANO CU, the lawful owner of a parcel of

land designated as Lot No. 10852-B and it improvement, situated in Barrio Sta.
Balbina, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. A copy of the Special Power of Attorney is hereto
attached for immediate reference;

I am giving my consent to ROLAND CASUGA SOTELA, the owner of Phil-

Asia Sales and Services to use the building erected on Lot No. 10852-B without any
rent or remuneration therefor;

Such consent to construct is only limited to such right only;

I attest to the veracity and truthfulness of the foregoing statements with my

voluntary act and deed for all lawful purposes and legal intent it may serve.
