3.1. What kinds of stimuli for children 's and adult behavior did you observer?

 The stimuli I observe to the children they are energetic in terms of sport's and activities
and they are fast learner while the adult they can know how to control themselves.

3.2. What kinds of behaviors on the part of the children elicit reinforcement and punishment
consequences from the adult?
 Some of the children are naughty they are not following instructions because of their own
desire and consciousness they want reward first before doing things.For example if you
want your dog sit on command, you may give him treat every time he sits for you.

3.3. What kinds of behaviors of adults are reinforced or punished by the children?
 Some adults are not telling the truth they know how to reasoning of themselves .For
example not fulfil their promise to the children.
 Praise always

3.4. What kinds of reinforcements and punishment seem to be the most successful?
 Positive reinforcement,desirable stimulus is added to increase behavior. For example in
the classroom teacher gave reward points to the students every activities or recitation.
 Negative punishment you remove a pleasant to decrease a behavior.For example when a
child misbehaves,a parent can take away a favorite toy.In this case,a stimulus(the toy) is
removed in order to decrease the behavior.

3.5. Given this experience, what are your thoughts about operant conditioning? Do you think
children reinforce and punish adults as adults reinforce and punish them? How might the two be
interdependent?
 The operant conditioning in which the desired behavior of person have a positive and
negative not good and bad. Yes beacuse every one of us should have different behavior.It's
depends of the situation . They are both behavior conditioning negative reinforcement,
you are increasing a behavior, whereas with punishment, you are decreasing a behavior.
ANG DIWATA NG KARAGATAN
Sa isang nayon, ang mga tao ay masaya at masaganang namumuhay. Mapagpala ang kalikasan sa
kanila. Ang pangunahing hanapbuhay nilay ay ang pangingisda. Sagana sa maraming isda ang
karagata. May isang diwatang nagbabantay at nag-aalaga sa mga isda at ito'y nalalaman ng mga
taganayon. Ngunit may mga taong sakim, ibig nilang makahuli ng maraming-maraming isda
upang magkamal ng maraming salapi. Gumamit sila ng dinamita kaya't labis na napinsala ang mga
isda, pati ang maliliit ay namatay.

Nagalit ang diwata sa kasakiman ng mga tao kaya't mula noon ay wala nang mahuli kahit na isda
ang mga tao. Naghirap at nagutom ang mga tao at naging pangit na rin ang karagatan na dati'y
sakdal ganda. Nagpulong ang mga taganayon at napagpasyahan nilang humingi ng tawad sa
diwatang nangangalaga sa karagatan. Nakiusap din silang ibalik na ang dating ganda ng karagatan
at gayundin ang mga isda. Nangako sila na hindi na gagamit ng anumang makasisira sa kalikasan.

Mula nang sila'y humingi ng tawad sa diwata ay bumalik na ang ganda ng karagatan at muling
dumami ang mga isda. Nanaganang muli ang kabuhayan ng mga tao.
