Poster Presentation Guidelines General guidelines

Terms of Conditions
1. Abstract can be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
2. The presenting author must be a registered participant (symposium).
3. Abstract must be the author’s own original work that has not been previously published
or presented.
4. Format in Microsoft Word® (.doc or .docx), maximum of 250 words.
5. All participants must be present during judging, failing to do so will automatically make
the poster disqualified.
6. Submitted abstract to email: divisikardioipd.unsyiah@gmail.com , deadline:
November,16th 2019.

Poster Presentation Guideline

1. Poster can be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia
2. Poster Size is A0 formatted (1189 mm length x 841 mm wide )
3. The title should be visible within the distance of 5-6 m
4. Text should be easy to read at a distance of 2 m
5. The Headline must consist primary author and co-authors
6. Graphics or pictures contain maximum 6 units
7. The first author must attend the session, shall the first author fail to attend the session,
the poster will be disqualified.
8. Each presenter will be given 3 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion
session.
9. The results will be announced on Saturday, November 30th, 2019 at the closing
ceremony.
