rate (meter reading at beginning and end of stay) with basic allowance deducted
- Tourist Tax: 1 € per person per day (official rate fixed by the Community), free

- End of stay housekeeping (optional): 48 €

Guarantee: 250 €, payable upon arrival, refundable at time of departure

Deposit: 25% when signing the contract, payable by check or by bank transfer.
