Online Enrollment

Allows NU continuing students to enroll their intended classes for next term regardless whether student
did Online Registration or not and generate official assessment. The Online Enrollment is open two
weeks before Opening of Classes or the day after deadline of Final Grade Submission whichever is
feasible. Extract the Academic Calendar in your NUIS.

Online Registration link is different from Online Enrollment link.

If you are a continuing student and was not able to do Online Registration, can you still do Online
Enrollment? Yes.

If you did Online Registration but is not cleared to enroll with NU offices, your “Registered” subjects will
expire on the 2nd day of enrollment unless a valid proof of payment is uploaded in NUIS.

NOTE: Not all continuing students can participate in the Online Enrollment. If you have accountabilities
in NU offices (e.g., Registrar’s Office, Accounting Office, LRC. College, Student Activities, etc.), you will
not be able to access your Online Enrollment unless you are cleared from these accountabilities. Use
your NUIS module, “My Clearance Info” to know which NU offices you need to clear yourself from for
enrollment. If you haven’t renewed your scholarship grant/financial subsidy then the assessment will
charge you the full amount of your matriculation fee. Do your clearance and renewal of grants or
subsidies before the start of enrollment.
