The tender process would be carried out under B-PPRA rule 2014. The earnest money in shape of call deposit/bank guarantee from
schedule bank in favour of Project Director Cadet Colleges Balochistan should accompany the bids. ELIGIBILITY: The bidders shall
be registered with Taxation Department (BRA) and who are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, relevant experience, turnover of
at-least three years (evidence from FBR/income tax Department is required), registration with income tax, sales tax, Pakistan
Engineering Council in relevant category are mandatory for eligible to apply. Bid should be inclusive of all prevailing taxes. Only
required information needs to be provided, broacher/ irrelevant documents will lead to disqualification. METHOD OF PRECUREMENT:
single stage two envelope procedure. The envelops must be marked separately “Technical” & “Financial” Proposal duly sealed properly.
EVALUATION CRITERIA: Least and cost-based selection method. TENDER DOCUMENTS: Only one tender will be issued to each
contractor. The Documents can be obtained from office of the undersigned on non-refundable payment duly deposited through green
Challan in NBP under head C.02818 as mentioned against each category. DATE FOR ISSUANCE: The tender form will be issued
from the date of Publication up 21.10.2019 from the office/BPPRA website. SUBMISSION & OPENING OF TENDER: The tenders
will be received on 21.10.2019 at 02:00 pm and Technical Proposal will be opened on the same day at 02:30 pm in presence of
participating bidders and procurement committee members. The Financial bid will be opened after technical evaluation and qualified
