OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY :

 To study the effectiveness of marketing strategies used by more in its


Mavelikkara outlet and to know the customer shopping experience inside the
store
 To identify the purchase pattern of customers in the store.
 To identify the service quality MORE is providing to its customers.
 To determine the performance of sales persons in the store.
 To determine the customer satisfaction in the store.

Scope of Study
The aim of the study is to know the effectiveness of marketing strategies used by
more. Study undergone about service of sales executives, store atmosphere, shopping
experience and customer satisfaction.
This study will help us to understand the customer’s preference and their needs.
 This study will help to know the present market condition.
 Know about consumer perception about modern retail outlets.
 This study will be useful when similar kind of research is undertaken
