CONCLUSION
This study aimed to get the relationship of stress to student’s academic performance that
the respondents obtain that their grades have change because of the impact of stress to their
lives and lifestyle. Researchers found out that there is a big difference if stress happens to every
students as it affects their mental health and ability to concentrate in their work and study.
Pressures and information overload may also affect moreover the expectations of the people
surrounds them.
The summary of the findings has a collectives to determine the facts not the opinion in
any survey as it comes a possible tribute that stress is a figurative act to conclude the changes
in students behavior and performances. Stress is our body’s reaction whenever a certain
problem we can’t face or hardly encounter hit us. It is not a malfunction of our body but it
natural. There are many factors we can call as a stress contributor one of it is the environmental
issues and our surroundings influence, the best stigma in controlling stress is let yourselves
control it not yourselves to be controlled by stress. It always happen and cannot be avoided but
can be controlled, being open-minded and positiveness of human mind can be a big help. The
struggles that participating in our daily activities is not a help for everyone and everybody. Being
a student is a role and right, but when stress is existing it is hard to facilitate well in
extracurricular activities and academic achievements. The distance from house to school is a
big deal also to those students who are far away from school, the budgeting of their daily
expenses may be shorten and can cause another problem to the family. These little factors will
not little anymore because it handles mental obligation and physical responsibility as a member
of the family, some may become laborers at early age or just stop from schooling it’s a big deal.
As the student comes in school they can’t focus enough in their studies because they overthink
about the issues they have in their house. They may think about stopping or just cheat to pass.
School becomes taken for granted as it becomes not a source of knowledge but a well to just
pass and graduated. Students may complain about the ton of paper work assignments and
projects that they have to pass before the deadline but because it is many the deadline is not a
deadline anymore. Everything now because stress and might cause mental problem to student
for thinking they may not pass, they also think about the expectations of their teachers and
parent and the trust of their classmates may belittle. They force to think about serious matters
and don’t enjoy childhood because of the responsibility they have They live their lives and
boredom and worrying, dehumanizing self-esteem and give up Stress has a very big
relationship to the academic achievements of every students because handling augment from
their house to people surrounds them, the teachers the subjects requirements, their intimate
relationship, their financial situation the distance from house to school and everything becomes
a great source of stress. As the undersigned researchers gather the data the randomly selected
students from the PuNHS Senior High department answers the survey with their average
grades and as the few have a brief interview they admit the stress is currently in them as the
finals of the semester hit them hard in every requirements they need to pass and they may have
less grade than the mid-term because they got less focus to their current responsibility in
school.
