Good morning ladies and gentlemen. May I have your attention please. we are
about to begin our Dinner Reception so please locate your respective seats and make
yourself comfortable.

Rena: Yes, at gusto po naming anyayahan ang lahat sa isang selebrasyon ng pag-ibig na
tunay nga namang pinagpala ng Diyos sa gabing ito. Kaya’t samahan po natin ang
bagong mag-asawa sa bagong yugto ng kanilang pagmamahalan. To all the guests,
welcome to Pstra. Jhona and Bro. Dondie Sibullas wedding reception.

JI: WELCOME ADDRESS

We are done with the solemn part of the celebration and we thank those people
who were with us earlier for the wedding ceremony. And for those who just join in,
welcome to the reception for our newlyweds in celebration of the beginning of their new
life together. So sit down, relax and enjoy the rest of the moment.

Rena: Yes partner, earlier was indeed the most memorable moment in the lives of our
lovely couple for they have sealed and united themselves in a happy marriage. Yung
pagsabi pa lang ng I DO nilang dalawa, talaga nga namang punong-puno ng
pagmamahalan, alam natin yang feeling na yan partner.

JI: And of course, thanks be to God for they have found the love that God has given to
them for almost three years and for sure, tatagal to hanggang forever. Indeed, we are
very blessed for this lovely couple whom are now Mr. and Mrs. Sibullas. And so, ladies and
gentlemen, I am John Ian C. Salido,

Rena: I am Rena Jill V. Salido and we will be your hosts for this big celebration. We thank
all of you for gracing this joyful occasion especially to those who have traveled miles just
to be with this couple. In behalf of Pstra. Jhona and Bro. Dondie and their parents, we
would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for your presence in this memorable
occasion. It is indeed a pleasure to have you all tonight.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE PARENTS

Rena: Alright! Excited na ba kayong makita ang bagong kasal? Well, at this point, our
bridesmaids and groomsmen are already lined up in the entrance to welcome the proud
parents of our bride, Mr. Joel T. Masla & Mrs. Rosalina O. Masla .

JI: Wow! Of course, one of the parents’ dream is to see the wedding of their children. I
am sure our couple’s parents are equally excited as them. And so, let us now recognize
another very special people in the hearts of the newly wed, the parents of the groom,
__________________________ in behalf of the grooms father, and Mrs. Ma, Gigi B. Sibullas.
Let us give them a round of applause!

ENTRANCE OF THE COUPLE

Rena: And now the big moment, ladies and gentlemen, please rise up, and all eyes to the
center aisle as the bride and groom Mrs. Jhona Rose Masla-Sibullas and Mr. Mark Dondie
Sibullas enter! Doesn’t she look beautiful? I believe partner, she has always been excited
and hopes to give a good account of herself when these moment comes and she really
showed it tonight!

JI: As for the groom, look at him! He looks so handsome in his attire. Pinaghandaan nya
ang moment na ito para sa kanyang magandang asawa. Ladies and Gentleman, a big
hand for Jhona Rose and Mark Dondie. (wide applause) They really are a beautiful
couple.

Rena: Thank you very much…let’s all now be seated . Truly, this event will be a celebration
of love… a feast of two hearts who vowed to stay forever no matter what. At before we
enjoy the sumptuous foods prepared for us by our lovely couple, samahan muna natin sila
sa kanilang first slice of sweet cake katulad ng kanilang pagmamahalan na talaga nga
naman sobrang tamis lalo na na si Lord ang pinaka-sentro nito.

WEDDING TRADITION

Cake Slicing

JI: We would like to request our couple to go first to the center for the slicing of cake.
Bakit, may ganitong eksena pag may kasal? Well, ayon sa aking research, the cake
cutting symbolizes the couple's unity, their shared future, and their life together as one.

Rena: That’s right partner. At ang sabi nga nila, mas malaking slice, mas malaki din daw
ang pagmamahal. To our lovely couple, show us how big your love is for each other.
(after they are done) Palakpakan po natin ang ating couple!

JI: After the slicing of cake, our lovely couple will do their first toast as a couple. We would
like to request our best man to assist our couple. (after their wine glass are filled) Para sa
mahabang pagsasama na puno ng pagmamahalan, pag-uunawaan, pagbibigayan,
maraming anak at mas matatag na pananampalataya sa Panginoon, Jhona and
Dondie, maligayang bati!

Rena: Wow! Again, palakpakan po natin ang bagong mag-asawa. This time, it is also a
big blessing to our couple if we will all bless them as they start the new chapter of their life.
This is also part of our Visayan wedding tradition which shows the sharing of abundance
to our couple. May we request our couple to be here in front. Feel the air with love with
your first dance as Cj Cuescano render you a song. To everyone who is here in this place,
you can share any monetary gifts to the couple.

JI: Thank you so much to all of you who have blessed this couple. Surely, God will bless you
also. To continue, the next moments will be filled with enjoyment and exciting with not
your usual bouquet and garter ceremonies later.. which would be more fun and
memorable.

Rena: Plus the sumptuous meal prepared by the couple with Mr. James Fenimore Flaviano
as the cook, thank you so much bro sa masasarap na mga pagkain. Now, everything is
already set. We would like to request Ptra. Carl Marie O. Valle to lead us for the prayer of
the food.

Rena: Excited na kaming lahat jan partner! To start with, let us all stand for a prayer.

JI: Dinner/Table hopping

Thank you Pastora Carl Marie Valle. The food is now ready and dinner will now
commence. At this point as everyone is enjoying the sumptuous food served at habang
nasasatisfy ang ating taste buds sa masasarap na pagkain. Merong inihandang audio-
visual presentation ang couple of how their relationship started. Ang storyang
kapupulutan ng aral, ang storyang binuo ng Panginoon, ang storyang magpapatuloy
hanggang sa pagdating ng Diyos, ladies and gentlemen, it is entitled “We and Us”.

Rena: Wow, to God be the glory sa storyang nag-umpisa kay Lord and ngayon, mas
pinatunayan sa harapan natin at ng Panginoon. How inspiring the love story this couple
had made for years as boyfriend and girlfriend.

JI: Hind talaga nasusukat ng panahon ang pag-ibig partner, if God let you see your future
with him or her, siya na talaga. And so let us great our couple. If we say BLESSED, we
would like to request our guests to say MARRIAGE. “Have a
BLESSED…………………MARRIAGE!”

Rena: Thank you everyone for participating. This time, we would also like to give a
moment to the two persons na special sa ating couple. Kaya sila tinawag na Best Man
and Maid of Honor kasi sila ang pinaka sa lahat ng naging parte ng buhay ng ating
bagong kasal. So, to give her message to our couple, we would like to call on Ms. Liza
Navarra, the beautiful Maid of Honor of the bride.

JI: Thank you so much Ms. Liza Navarra and of course we would also like to hear some
message to the second handsome man next to our groom tonight, ang dakilang alamat:

Rena: Alright! May we request everyone to get a glass of drinks and sabayan po
natin ang Best Man and Maid of Honor. Everyone, cheers! While we enjoy this night,
our couple will do table hopping and personally thank all of you and have a pictorial with
all of you. While they do it, we would like to acknowledge these people who have been

JI: Now, to heat up the momentum of our celebration, now is the time to spend a dance
from the first man and woman in the lives of our couple. Sila ang unang naging boyfriend
and girlfriend kung baga who never left these couple but supported and guided the.
Kaya inaanyayahan po naming ang ating bride and of course ang kanyang
mapagmahal na tatay sa kanilang Father-daughter dance.

Rena: How touching it is to see a father and a daughter dancing because of joy. Right
partner?

Ji: Yes partner. Now to have a moment with his mama also, we will also give the floor to
our groom and his mother in their Mother-son dance.

Rena: Wow, ito yung mga pagkakataon partner na nakakasama natin ang ating mga
magulang sa isa sa mga mahahalagang yugto ng ating buhay. Thank you so much
Dondie and Ma’am Gigi for the privilege to see the love you have as a mother and a son.

Now, let’s hear some words of wisdom and pieces of advices from the ninongs and

Rena: (insert adlibs) Thank you ninang Ruth! Your words will always be a reminder to our
couple. Now, the next to give his message sa ating bagong kasal, may we call on Mr.
Danny Chua, one of their ninongs.

Rena:Thank uncle Danny for sharing your valuable time with Mr. and Mrs. Sibullas. Now,
