Assembly 2019

I admit that I haven’t attended the said assembly last August 19, 2019. I wish to offer
my apologies. My absence was due to the fact that the scheduled day for the
General Assembly was a working day arranged during office hours. Being an
employed individual, I cannot go out of the office to attend such event as it may
result to me loafing from duty during office hours and I may be administratively
charged and penalized with suspension or dismissal from service pursuant to civil
service law, rules, and regulations.
