University Information
Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences is
situated close to Berlin, the capital city of Germany
and was founded in April 1992. Today more than
2,700 students are enrolled at the university,
studying in modern teaching facilities and
laboratories in a leafy campus setting. The University
of Applied Sciences offers attractive, cutting-edge
degree courses in three disciplines: engineering,
business administration and economics as well as
information technology and media. Brandenburg
University of Applied Sciences currently offers 19
degree programmes and is offering a special fast-
track programme for the following Bachelor’s and
Master’s programmes in cooperation with EURASIA
Institute.
Living in Brandenburg
The 1050-year-old city of Brandenburg has three
historic districts and has by far the largest number
of historical monuments in the state of Brandenburg.
The cityscape is dominated significantly by the river
Havel. The surrounding areas are rich in forests and
plains; numerous lakes call for sport and relaxation.
