To transfer employee

Case 1

If employee is not finalized/freezed

Login with checker, Go to Action -->Service book transfer

Case 2

If employee is finalized/freezed

Login with checker/ maker Go to Future Transaction -->select type service book --> Posting Transfer

Here you can transfer employee.

Steps to follow:

Step 1:

Fill transfer to details. If the office is not coming, then kindly ask the “transfer to DDO” to check the
e-post data. If post does not exist, then kindly ask the “transfer to DDO” to check the e-post data
about the post details

Step 2:

Fill the relieving date correctly and generate the LPC upto relieving date. Otherwise it will affect your
salary.

Step 3:

Generate and Receive LPC at e-salary.
