 D. DESIGN EXPLANATION

Awalnya material akan masuk dari Hooper 3X4M, da nmenuju Jaw Crusher (Primary
Crusher) dengan bantuan Vibrating Feeder GZD960X3800. Di dalam seluruh rangkaian
design ini, Vibrating Feeder di letakkan sebelum Jaw Crusher, berfungsi sebagai penyaring
material lain selain batu (tanah, pasir, dll) agar menuju keluar sebelum material masuk ke
Jaw Crusher. Dan juga untuk mengurangi tekanan dari material-material
material tersebut agar tidak
langsung membertekan pada Jaw Crusher.

Di dalam rangkaian design mesin pemecah batu (mining and construction crushing
plant), Jaw crusher di gunakan sebagai crusher yang pertama (primary crusher), untuk
menghancurkan material/batu
ial/batu yang berukuran besar.Pada design ini kami memilih model
Jaw Crusher PE600X900 sebagai primary crusher karena sesuai dengan permintaan
kapasitas dari anda yaitu 120 ton/jam. Dari Jaw Crusher, material akan menuju ke Stop file,
dalam design ini kita menunakan panfedeer GZG 200,, selanjutnya akan menuju ke secondry
Crusher.

Kemudian dalam rangkaian design mesin pemecah batu (mining and construction
crushing plant), Secondary Crusher berfungsi untuk menghancurkan material/batu menjadi
lebih kecil untuk final product.Pada design ini, menggunakan Cone Crusher SJ
SJ1400. Setelah
di hancurkan di Secondary Crusher, material akan menuju ke Vibrating Screen untuk di
saring menjadi final product.

Di dalam rangkaian design pemecah batu (mining and construction crushing plant),
Vibrating Screen berfungsi untuk menyaring material/batu sesuai ukuran yang diinginkan.
Pada design ini kami memilih Vibrating Screen 4YK
4YK1860 untuk menyaring ukuran 0-5, 5-
10, 10-20, 20-30mm,
30mm, ukuran>30mm akan kembali di hancurkan di Secondary Crusher
sampai mencapai hasil yang di inginkan. Untuk ukuran hasil akhir nya dapat di atur
at sesuai

 F. COMMERCIAL TERMS

 Penawaran Harga ini adalah franco Gudang P.P.S di Cisauk.

 Waktu produksi mesin adalah 45 hari (sampai di gudang P.P.S)

P.P.S) sejak kami menerima 30% uang
muka dari anda.

 Garansi: Kami memberikan garansi atas kualitas mesin (tidak termasuk wearing parts) untuk
satu tahun dari testing mesin, tetapi tidak lebih dari 15 bulan dari hari mesin meninggalkan
pabrik.

 Pembayaran: Uang muka sebesar 30% dari jumlah total di bayar setelah penandatanganan
kontrakjual-beli, 40% dari jumlah total di bayar setelah mesin selesai di produksi dan siap
untuk di kirim dari pelabuhan Shanghai. Dan sisa 30% dari jumlah total di bayar pada saat
mesin tiba di gudang P.P.S, pihak pembeli melakukan pengecekan mesin dan sebelum mesin di
kirim ke lokasi pihak pembeli.

 Pengepakan: Barang yang di order akan melewati uji tahan karat dan uji tahan kelembaban
sebelum di kirim. Bagian yang kecilakan di masukan kedalam box kayu; bagian yang besarakan
di bungkus dengan plastic.

 Instalasi: Jika anda meminta servis instalasi dari kami, kami akan mengiri msatu orang teknisi
ke lokasi anda untuk memandu instalasi, test mesin dan melatih pekerja lokal. Dan biaya yang
timbul seperti akomodasi, tiket PP, transportasi di lokasi dan makanan di tanggung oleh pihak
pembeli.
