 1) INTRODUCTION

Refrigeration is a process of removing heat from a low-temperature reservoir and transferring it

to a high-temperature reservoir. The work of heat transfer is traditionally drive by mechanical means,
but can also be driven by heat, electricity or other means. Refrigeration has many applications,
including, but not limited to: household refrigerators, industrial freezers, cryogenics, and air
conditioning. Heat pumps may use the heat output of the refrigeration process, and also may be
designed to be reversible, but are otherwise similar to air conditioning units. Refrigeration has had a
large impact on industry, lifestyle, agriculture, and settlement patterns.

Our Industrial refrigeration covers a wide range of applications, from high temperature process
chilling, through to very low temperature applications, these include.

 4) LOCATION SELECTION

LAND:

Land is prime requirement for setting up any workshop or manufacturing unit. Land is available at
very affordable rates in Chalisgaon and hence Chalisgaon MIDC is first choice for set up of our
workshop. There also good availability of land in MIDC which provides scope for additional industries
to come and start business which in turn shall provide us additional business opportunities.

MARKET:

Chalisgaon is MIDC area. There are many existing and upcoming process and other industries. Every
industry has requirement of refrigeration or HVAC systems. Thus this will definitely provide business
opportunity for our firm. For such kind of industrial service nearest big town is either Aurangabad or
Jalgaon, thus our firm will have ready market available for providing refrigeration equipment and
associated services. We can also provide service to near-by Dhule MIDC area and Malegaon Industrial
areas.

Chalisgaon has good educational institute which can provided required skilled manpower to the firm.
Company plans to appoint technicians from near-by ITI institutes for refrigeration and mechanicals
works. Chalisgaon is agriculture area so availability of unskilled manpower is also easily available for
non-technical works in workshop.

streetlights wherever required. Chalisgaon has also good train and road connectivity for travelling to
near-by metro or transportation of equipment and machineries. There are sufficient hospitals and
public facilities in Chalisgaon city for accommodation of employees

POWER:

Chalisgaon MIDC area has go 33 kVA power supply facilities. Power requirement of our workshop is
very less which is 5 KW. This requirement is for welding machines, grinders, lighting and lifting
arrangements.

WATER:

Chalisgaon MIDC has continuous supply of water. Our water requirement is only for domestic
purpose (1 CMD) and industrial purpose (0.5 CMD) for equipment testing purpose as on when
required which can be sourced from MIDC water supply sources.

b) Repairs and maintenance of industrial refrigeration units.
c) Provide service and manpower for operation of industrial refrigeration units.

As described earlier Chalisgaon MIDC is upcoming industrial area where new process and other big
manufacturing industries are setting up units. This provides us opportunity for our proposed business
of industrial refrigeration.

Raw Materials:

Major raw material are spares and consumables required for fabrication and repairing of refrigeration
units and its accessories. Firm plans to source these spares and consumable from near-by city like
Jalgaon and Aurangabad. In case of special spares which are mostly available in metro like Mumbai
and Pune, Chalisgaon is very well connected with both metro cities by railways and roads as well where
our representative can bring these spares with a day in case of emergency requirements.

 9) PROJECT TIMELINES

Proposed time lines for completion of civil and project activites of proposed workshop at Chalisgaon

Firm plans to complete all site and required project work to start the plant in or before 3 years from
procession of the land.
