PERSONNEL DURING OFFICIAL TRAVEL

All Others Concerned

1. Pursuant to item a of COA circular 2017-Col dated June 19, 2017, government officials
and employees are allowed reimbursement of expenses without official receipt (OR) up to
P300.00 in the discharge of official functions except for payment of fares in public utility
vehicles issuing receipts, such as bus, trains, vessel/ship.

2. In view of the foregoing, this office hereby announces that effective immediately, all
claims for TAXI AND VAN FARES VITHIN AND OUTSHDE THE REGION SHALL BE
SUPPORTED \^/ITH OFFICIAL RECEIPTS. Reimbursement for van or taxi fare without OR shall
be allowed only the minimum amount of Seventy-Five pesos (Php 75.00}.

3. Immediate and strict compliance with this Memorandum is desired.
