Navigating the Affiliate Portal Dashboard Tab


When you first log in to the Affiliate Portal, you see the Dashboard tab with a performance widget that
shows revenue earned in a set of pre-determined date ranges.

In the right upper corner, you can see your Affiliate ID


and Name as well as access to your Account Info and
Contact details settings.

Account Info tab redirects you to the Change Password


button [1] and Choose preferred verticals list [2].
Make sure to Save [3] the applied settings so that we
can send you most relevant newsletters and promotions.

Contact Details tab redirects you to a page with your Contact information:

First name

Last name

Email

Phone

Address

City

Zip code

Country

Website

Please make sure to fill out all applicable fields correctly (since data will be pulled into the payment
provider system later) and don’t forget to save the changes you make.

Bottom left corner is where you can find both your dedicated manager contact details and our
Terms&Conditions policy.

In the left upper corner, you can find the Navigation Bar which
includes the following tabs: Dashboard, Offers, Reports, Loyalty,
Billing and Tools.  

The Offers tab has several useful subtabs:

Browse, My Campaigns, Pending Campaigns, New offers,


Featured offers, Recently watched

Browse offers subtab provides access to extended search filters to find offers more effectively or narrow
down the results for specific targeting (table mode is set by default).

You can also switch View to the Tiles mode.

Moreover, you can use extra settings to pick which columns you would prefer to be displayed (click the
‘View settings’ button to the left of Table/Tile Mode view).

NOTE :

You can use ‘My verticals Only’ checkbox to narrow down the search result based on your preferences:

Navigation to select the verticals : Dashboard -> Account Info -> Choose preferred verticals

If an offer you’re interested in is showing the ‘Apply to run’ status you need to click offer name to see
the popup and request access to the offer.

If an offer you’re interested in is showing as ‘Active’ it means it’s already open to you. By clicking on its
title you will get redirected to your Campaign page with everything you need to start driving traffic to
this specific offer (description, creatives, tracking settings etc). (See detailed Campaign page review on
page 7)

My campaigns subtab

Use extended search filters [1] to find offers matching your selected targeting settings and click Apply
[2] to get the result list.
You can edit view of the table [3] by selecting the columns you prefer to be displayed.

List of Actions on the right provides you with a quick way to access a few key features:
[4] Edit. You will get redirected to Campaign page.
[5] Get Link. A popup with your tracking link will appear. ( Video: http://take.ms/nvGPZD)
[6] View report. You will get redirected to Daily report of the selected campaign.
[7] View conversion report. You will get redirected to Conversion report of the selected campaign.
[8] Set Pixel and Postback popup.

Use extended search filters to find campaigns matching your selected


targeting settings and hit Apply to get the result list. You can edit view of
the table by selecting the columns you prefer to be displayed same way as on
the Browse Offers page.

Campaign page

[1] General information about the offer.


[2] Buttons: Preview | Email all creatives | Get Link | View report | Conversion report.
[3] Creatives (Links, Banners, IP ranges etc).
[4] Request email kit, email creatives and Show Featured Links.
[5] Setting tracking section.

Reporting

Reports tab provides access to several classic subtabs available:

Daily summary

Campaign summary

Creative summary

SubAffiliate summary

Conversion report

Click report

Daily Summary (and similar Campaign, Creative and SubAffiliate summary view)

[1] Select date range.


[2] Select specific Campaign.
[3] Hit Apply to get the result.
[4] You can preview the diagram either by Clicks and Conversions or by Revenue.
[5] You can export your report in .csv.

Conversion report

[1] Payout in default currency of the offer.


[2] Payout converted into currency selected on your account (e.g. USD in this case).
Navigation to set up custom currency - Tools -> Reporting settings -> Currency
[3] Edit report preview settings (you can add or remove columns such as subid, device, country, browser
etc).
[4] Export your report in .csv.

Click report

Click Report won’t load until you select a date range [1], campaign [2] and hit Apply [3]. You can also
export the report in .csv [4].

Ability to select preferred timezone and currency for reporting

Global Postback
Global Postback subtab is where you can add or change the Global Postback/Pixel for your account

To get Click Report data loaded you need to select a date range [1], campaign [2] and press Apply
button [3]. You can also export the report [4].

On this page, there is also a list of all available tokens you can use. We recommend at least 3 main ones:
1) #s2# - to receive your dynamic unique value like clickid (provided you are passing it to us under s2=
in your tracking link)
2) #leadid# - to receive a unique identifier of each conversion in our platform (#tid# if you are running
verticals like ecommerce and want to receive transaction id that advertisers are passing to us)
3) #price# + #currency# OR #price_usd# - to receive your payout dynamically either in its original
currency or converted into USD (in case your traffic gets redirected to a different offer because of rule
mismatch or overcap/pause of the original offer)

API
This section provides access to our API. At the top, you will see your id and API key that you’ll need to
add to any API call for authorization.
Below is the list of all available API calls. Each one is a hyperlink that will take you to each call’s
description, list of parameters to use, examples of the call and response, as well as info on possible
errors.

This page allows you to edit settings for email notifications you prefer to receive from us in case there’s
a cap on offer or campaign level. You can subscribe or unsubscribe from alerts altogether or for specific
campaigns.
