 Preface
This term paper has been prepared and submitted in compliance

with requirements of the PRACTICUM REPORT at SYSTEMS

PLUS COMPUTER COLLEGE. It covers the report about the success

of XAVIERY COMPANY.

The particular selection of the said incorporation for this term

paper report is international for the following:

 I was given a very opportunity to be part of Xaviery

Computers team and developed my personality giving the

chance to overcome my weakness and further developed my

skills.

 The length of time of my job training at Xaviery urge me to

continue and to workhand

 Xaviery teach me how to deal with different customer and

how to interact with people.

 History

2005. We have Four Branches, located at Urdaneta, Baliwag, Apalit and our main office is
located at Dolores, City San Fernando. In addition to an organization strongly oriented towards

 Reflection
This 80 hours immersion is very helpful and meaningful experience. You

can have get more knowledge, and how to interact with the customer and you have

a background in choosing what course you are going to take in college.

This experience helps me on how to be responsible and a better person. For

me it is very enjoyable because you can talk with your co OJT’s and with your

boss. This was my first time that I’ve felt being like an employee. It was so real

such a great experience and I would treasure it in my whole life. Also in this OJT I

learned how to communicate to the customers and how to treat them well. I learned

their values, mission and vision that leads me to a better person. And I also learned

how to managed my time and how to be responsible in my work.

And now that I already have my first experience in my on job training I can

use the knowledge that I learned in the company in my future work.

 Acknowledgement

First, I would especially like to thank Xaviery company for accepting me to become a

worker and to accomplish my work immersion.

Second, I would also like to thank the Xaviery because, they let me in to work and to

accomplish my work immersion and for their kindness, their gratitude. Through the company, I

learned a lot of things that I still didn’t know.

To my co-ojt, I want to thank their memories in working with them. I learn to stand up

and cheer me up to finish my work immersion. They give me a fighting spirit so that I will learn

to face up the strategies and objectives given by the company to me. I want to thank them,

because with them, I finish my work immersion.

To my family, with my full gratitude and happiness, I’m fully thank them. My family is

the most supportive in any situations that I take in any places. They the one who helped me when

I’m needed something. Through my family, I finished my work immersion fast. Thank to them.

And lastly to myself. I want to thank myself because that I learned a lot in work

immersion that I take. I want to congratulate to myself because even though I doing a lot of

things, I still finish my work immersion fast and I learned a lot of things that will prepare me for

my future. For now, all the memories that I made to the company, to my co ojt, and to all the

members of the company, I will cherish it all.
