If mixed ability, 2 LO must be written. Micro-teaching and feedback Approaches to learning Speaking Adapt and Adopt materials Speaking skills in the new curriculum Do not penalized pupils for discussing in Mother Tongue Creating a lesson plan for a Speaking lesson 3 Micro-teaching and feedback Classroom management in language lessons Approaches to learning Reading C3B4ME, medals and missions Formative Assessments and Feedback Reading skills in the new curriculum Approaches to learning Writing Writing skills in the new curriculum 4 Creating a lesson plan for a Reading / Writing lesson(s) Lesson plans and feedback Creating lesson plan(s) for Language Arts / Language Awareness lesson(s) Lesson plans and feedback PBD should not be done like exam. It is done IN CLASSROOM like assessment after topic, activity in classroom, and that is where teacher take note of the skills achieved, Band 1 - 6 English lesson should be carried out in 1 hour duration each ( 2 periods) We cannot force parents to buy workbook/activity book. If buying Activity book, it cannot exceed 1 book for 1 whole year and can only be used outside school and not during normal classroom. Year 1 to 6 shouldn’t have Activity book (surat pekeliling edaran 1 /2000) CEFR for year 1 to 4 cannot stream students as each class must consist of mixed ability students. 30 hour course to be conducted in- school before next Semester
