EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Exosig Food Truck is located at #69 Gen. Luna Avenue,

Ampid I, San Mateo, Rizal near at SM San Mateo. The Exosig

Food Truck chose the area because it is near the highway

and because of the volume of people passing by the area.

Vision

To become the number one Food Truck in Rizal that

offers good tasting exotic sisig.

Mission

To provide the most innovative, competitive, and best

tasting sisig that the costumer will savor and satisfy

their appetite.

EXOSIG is owned by Noemi Ocsebio. The form of

organization is sole proprietorship. There will be two (2)

crew members; the cook and the driver. The operating hours

is 3:00 pm- 12:00 am from Tuesday to Sunday except Mondays.

EXOSIG sets its target market in Barangay Ampid I,San

Mateo, Rizal where the target market includes the four(4)

barangay namely Banaba, Ampid II, Guitnang Bayan I and II

is 33,034 ranging from 20-49 years old in all genders.

Investment Cost and Mode of Financing

The owner of EXOSIG Food Truck, Noemi Ocsebio,

invested Php. 600,000.00 as start up a business. The amount

came from her personal savings
