Name/Title of Activity: IgMa Music Ministry: Empowers the youth through Music!

Objective/s:
The members will be able to:
- To share their God given talents in music by performing to the following schools which already
approved our music tour to their schools the following schools are OLM Institute and Dampol
2nd National High School.
- To deepen social awareness, social life as they engage in a wider audience outside of the
campus. Social Transformation through this event is the core and essence of the activity. Music
is only a tool to an end which is social transformation of being man and women for others.
- To share and express the Ignacian Core Values which are faith, excellence and service.
- Ultimately, serve and love the Lord through music as it was our motto as IgMa Music Ministry.

Venue: OLM Institute and Dampol 2nd National High School @ Pulilan, Bulacan

Resources/Materials/Equipment Needed:
- Ride (transportation: from SMCB to OLM, from OLM to Dampol 2 nd National High School)
- Departure is at exactly 7:30AM

4. 11:00 AM Departure for Dampol 2nd National High School
5. 12:00NN Arrival at Dampol 2nd National High School until 3:00PM
6. 4:00 PM HOME SWEET HOME

Student Initiated Activity:

The members will be experience Jesuit music and witness their service to God through music.

Name/Title of Activity: Christmas Songs Rehearsal!

Objective/s:
The members will be able to:
- Primarily be aware of their preparation spiritually for the coming of the Messiah which will be
celebrated by Catholics come December 25.
- To share their God given talents in music by rehearsing different Christmas Songs.
- Play and sing the pre-selected Christmas songs and do it medley through the guidance of the
Music Director.
- Prepare for the upcoming event/Christmas season

Venue: IgMa Music Ministry-Music Room

Resources/Materials/Equipment Needed:
- Musical Instruments
- Music Sheets
- Amplifiers and Microphone

- All IgMa Music Ministry Members
Procedure/s:
1. The members will assemble at the Music Room at exactly 2:00 PM.
2. Doxology by the 6th of May Band: Ibigin ang Diyos
3. Vocalization/ Vocal Exercises
4. Practice and Rehearsal Proper facilitated by the IgMa Music Ministry Director
5. Closing Prayer and Dismissal/Flag Retreat
6. Cleaning and Organization of Music Room

Student Initiated Activity:

- The members will be practice and rehearse various Christmas songs. They will sing with quality
songs that was practiced and rehearsed before dismissal.
