Contact with electric Pre task briefing ,under the supervision

Ergonomics Proper ergonomics shall conduct in TBM

8 Tapping of Wire/Wiring Electricussion During the operation ,proper PPE's

esp. hand gloves for electrical must be use

Availability of fire extinguisher

Standby watchman while operating

TBM with the superiors on how the

right process will flow .

9 Housekeeping Open Debris Proper waste disposal of garbage and

hazardous subtances
Permit signed off
