Petitioners, thru counsel and unto this Honorable

Court, respectfully states that:

In compliance with the Order of the Honorable Court in Open

Court last November 14, 2019, petitioners hereto attach the following
documents:

1. Official Gazette No. 39 vol. 115 Manila, Philippines, September 30,

2019, where the order of the Honorable Court setting this case for
initial hearing is published;
2. Official Gazette No. 40 vol. 115 Manila, Philippines, October 7,
2019, which was published and shows the same order of the
Honorable Court setting this case for initial hearing;

3. The Certificate of Publication issued by the National Printing

Office dated September 27, 2019, showing that the above stated
order was published in the Official Gazette to wit:
  Official Gazette No. 39 vol. 115 Manila, Philippines,
September 30, 2019;
 Official Gazette No. 40 vol. 115 Manila, Philippines,
October 7, 2019;

4. The Affidavit of Publication executed by Rogelio E. Vallena, the

News Editor of Sun*Star Superbalita, attesting to the fact that the
order of the Honorable Court setting this case for initial hearing
was published in Superbalita on their September 5, 12, and 19,
2019 issues;

5. Newspaper clipping dated September 5, 2019;

6. Newspaper clipping dated September 12, 2019; and

7. Newspaper clipping dated September 19,2019.

The originals of all of the above documents are respectfully submitted to

the Honorable Court to be attached to the record.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that this manifestation/compliance and all the
attached documents be noted.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
