This 3-day course provides in-depth training on configuring and engineering communication applications within an ABB SA system using the RTU560 remote terminal unit. Participants will learn about the RTU560's redundancy concept, properties and limits. They will also learn how to configure specific RTU560 aspects, the redundant configuration, specifics of the NCC configuration transmission protocols, and how to create their own HMI configurations. Hands-on exercises include working with subordinated devices and troubleshooting using application and configuration manuals. The course is intended for technicians involved in engineering, commissioning or maintaining RTU560 systems.
