Ms. ABC
Challenger Street
Carmenville Subdivision
Angeles City, Pampanga

Dear Ms. ABC:

We write in behalf of our client, XYZ Review Center, and refer to the wall
posts you made on your Facebook account on July 6 & 20, 2011 as regards our
client.

We take exception to these wall posts which maliciously and publicly

insinuated that our client had a hand in the leakage of the exam questions of the
2006 National Licensure Examination and imputed that our client gives money,
bribes or buys judicial authorities in order to delay the judicial process. These
baseless, unfounded, and tenuous imputations have caused dishonor, injured the
reputation and diminished the high esteem, respect and good will that our client
has earned through the years from the growing nursing profession.

These imputations are an affront to the way our client conducts its
business. We hasten to remind you that the finding by the Ombudsman of liability
for the leakage of the test questions is confined only to the two former members
of Board of Examiners and no one else. Our client was never found to have had
any participation in the leakage. Hence, the discreditable acts imputed against our
client were made with no other purpose than to malign, discredit, and smear its
reputation and good name in the eyes of the public.
In view of the foregoing, demand is hereby made upon you to extend to our client a
written apology five (5) days from receipt of this letter for making such downright mean
imputations and for causing dishonor and contempt upon the name of XYZ Review Center.
We likewise demand that the written apology be also posted on the wall of your Facebook
account and that the malicious wall posts be immediately removed. Otherwise, we will be
constrained to institute the appropriate actions against you in order to protect the interest of
our client, costs of which will be further charged to your account.

Very truly yours,
