to France from Dates. Me and my batchmates have planned a European vacation to celebrate our
upcoming graduation. I shall be travelling with my batchmates Names.

All the expenses for travel will be borne by self and are sponsored by parents. The necessary travel
arrangements have been made and enclosed for the Consulate’s perusal. Travel within Europe would
be using surface travel using Eurail. The Eurail tickets will be bought once our visas are granted.

I would request the Consulate to kindly reconsider my application and grant the necessary visa. We
would like to make this a memorable trip for all of us and explore the culture of various countries.

1. Visa Application and declaration form

2. 3 photographs
3. Original Passports & Photocopy of present passport.
4. Bonafide from college for travel & College ID card copy.
 5. Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
6. Personal Income tax returns for last 3 years.
7. Copy of PAN card of the applicant.
8. Travel insurance.
9. Air Tickets & Hotel booking confirmation for Europe.
10. Rejection letter of previously applied Visa

You are therefore requested to issue single Entry Visa, enable us to travel on said dates.
