10MINS Warm Up- Arm across body (left & right), Arm circles, triceps pull
Sitting down:
Right leg Reach, left leg Reach, both legs reach, Butterflies

15MINS Split into groups and run drills

Dribbling: dribble from the baseline to the elbow and back


- Left Hand
- Right hand

15MINS Relay Race:


Full court relay race from one baseline to the other.

Split into teams and winner must complete the race and team member must be sitting down
in a straight line on the baseline
- Right hand
- Left hand
5MINS Clean up the gym and line up and rotate to next station

TIME: TUESDAY
10MINS Warm Up
15MINS Passing with a partner:
- Bounce pass
- Chess pass
- Over the head pass
15MINS Zig zag passing with the group:

5MINS Clean up and Line up to rotate to next station

TIME WEDNESDAY
10MINS Warm Up
15MINS Dribbling Drill:
- Two dribble crossover to the cone and back (cone is at the elbow). Line
starts on baseline
• Right side
• left side

15MINS Dribble and shot drill:


- Line start at the top by the volleyball line. Take two dribble and crossover
at the top of the key and either shoot a jump shot or go in for a layup
• Right side
• Left side

5MINS Clean up and line up to rotate to the next station

TIME THURSDAY
10MINS Warm Up
15MINS Relay Race: break up into teams
- Full court
- Defensive shuffle from baseline to opposite elbow, pickup basketball on
elbow and shoot the ball until you make it.
(First shot is a jump shot from elbow can shoot from anywhere else after
that)

First team to get through all their players and sit in a straight-line win.

15MINS Knock Out


5MINS Clean up and get in line to rotate to next station
