I- OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, pupils must be able to:
a) Familiarize preposition
b) Identify which preposition must be used.
c) Choose then box the right position of the object according to the given preposition.

The small words In, On, under are called

“Preposition”.

 Is a word used to indicated position in contact with and supported by the top surface.
Examples:

1. Where is the Letter?


>It’s on the Table

2. Where is the Ball?


>It’s on the Box.

 A preposition used to show position of an object placed inside another object.


Examples:
1. Where are the tomatoes?
>They are in the Basket.

>They are in the Bag.

 In or into a position below or beneath something.


Examples:
1. Where is the Ball?
>It’s under the Table.

2. Where is the Baby?


>Baby is under the table.

position in the subject or the object.
