The above case stands posted to this day

for the appearance of the accused. The allegation against the
accused in the above matter is that he had committed offences
punishable U/s. 448, 324, 506 (II) of Indian Penal Code and
31 (1) of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. It is
respectfully submitted that all the allegations against the
accused in the above matter are false and the accused has not
committed any offence as alleged against him.

It is most respectfully submitted that this

Hon’ble court was pleased to grant bail to the accused during
the crime stage and the accused was released on executing
bond with two solvent sureties. It is informed by the sureties of
the accused that they are ready to continue as his sureties till
disposal of the above case.

It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble

court may be pleased to allow the accused to continue with the
same bond executed during the crime stage with the sureties till
the disposal of the case.
