Order Booking

1. You will advise the grade and the quantity you are capable of supplying.
2. You will submit the competitive pricing and upon confirmation, Proforma
invoice can be issued.
3. Buyer issues the Purchase order with the payment and the
process of supply contract shall be in place

Documentation
1. Proforma Invoice from the seller to facilitate remittance of funds
Purchase Order to be issued on mutual terms accepted
2. Seller issues Tax Invoice and Packing List
3. Clean on-Board Bill of Lading
4. Consignment details including Vessel name, Voyage details,
quantity/weight

Payment

1. 5% advance Telegraphic Transfer on PO

2. 95% against Inspection report/ BL Copy.

Duties and Taxes

1. Excludes all Customs / Import Duty, and any other taxes at the discharge
port

Shipping
1. FOB Penang ( MALAYSIA) Port
2. CIF if required.
3. Shipping after Inspection maximum 3 days
4. Grace Period of 2 days is allowed.

Insurance

1. Freight Insurance shall be arranged.
