Uber was sanctioned for allowing
57 drivers with "disqualifying"
criminal or motor vehicle offenses
to drive for their company.
Uber was sanctioned in America,
and was fined by Colorado
regulators . According to the
Denver Post, the penalty total is
8.9 million dollars.
The top management did not go
to prison but the spokeswoman,
Stephanie Sedlak, said that they
immediately took corrective
action.
It is a criminal liability because the
problem is not between two civil
persons.
 It is a non contractual liability
because damages are not stated
in a contract, and it is the public
obligation of Uber to hire drivers
without criminal records.
