a. HSSE Plan

The HSE plan is a document that has been prepared and completed to be
implemented by DEpo VHS Buma workers.
This document is intended to describe the activities of each work unit,
including a summary of the hazard analysis that exists during operation,
reference to controls and related systems with these risks, and presents a map of
documentation from each work unit.
This document explains the efforts to organize the company's HSE Policy in
the sustainability of the VHS Buma Depot.

b. Dokumen JSEA (Jobs Safety Security
Environment)
JSA is an analysis of various hazards that can occur in the work environment,
both nermiss, injury and fatality.
JSA is a hazard analysis that can occur.

c. Matrix document HSSE (Health Safety
Security Envieronment)
HSSE Matrix Document is available, used as the indicator for every personnel
here. The document contain matrix training that already done by personnel.

d. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
MSDS document is available in VHS Buma SDJ. This document is used as
reference of handling and mitigating hazards that can be generated from
managed products (diesel).

Note: Handling product is not equipped with safety equipment such as foam
chambers and water sprayers, only hydrants around the storage area.
e. KIR (Kartu Identifikasi Resiko)
Document
KIR documents is available. Every personnel has to fill the KIR document.
