Information needed for Credit Score Rectification COMPLETE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.You understand that signing this form constitutes a binding
Personal Information agreement between Credit High Score (“CHS”) and you. “Signing” shall
mean printing a physical copy and placing your signature thereon and

2.You acknowledge that CHS is not related to TransUnion CIBIL Limited
(CIBIL), Equifax, Experian or High Mark Credit Information Services or
Pan Number: any other credit rating agency as defined under The Credit Information
Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
Voter ID Number: 3.You understand that you are hereby authorising CHS to requisite
credit information from credit institutions and / or CICs.
Email Id: 4.CHS shall obtain the credit information and use such information for:
a. Enabling you to know your own credit information.

c. Review and evaluate your current credit score.
d. Provide analysis and recommendations to increase your

5.In relation to the activities specified above, and any other activities
that CHS may become involved in in the future, you understand that
CHS makes no guarantee of an actual increase, change, variation or
improvement in your credit score.

9.CHS will make its best efforts to safeguard your information provided
in this form and use this information only to obtain your credit

10.You have read over and understood these terms and conditions, or
you acknowledge that these terms and conditions have been explained
to you in your native language, where you cannot read and understand
English. If any dispute arises between you and CHS out of these terms,
such dispute shall be settled by arbitration in Bengaluru, as provided in
The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
