Please complete this registration form and return it with payment to British Council office by no later than Thursday, 31st January 2019 to confirm participation in
the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) teacher training workshops.

The fee is Rs.11815/- per workshop per participant for 2 days. All schools will be expected to pay in local currency in the form of a pay order/draft, payable to
British Council. We will not be able to accept any payments made by cheque or cash. Completed registration form must be accompanied by payment.

Registrations shall be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. Furthermore, we will only accept one nomination per subject from a registered centre . Fees
for a nomination received late or in case of unavailability would be refunded accordingly.
