O R D E R:
In the G.Os 1st and 2nd read above, orders have been issued reconstituting the
Committee to manage the affairs of the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Caste Cooperative
Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad with the Government officials from the date of
assumption of charge by the Chairman.
2. And whereas, the Government, after careful consideration and in the interest of
smooth functioning and effective administration of the Corporation have decided to
reconstitute the Management Committee of the Corporation.

3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the section-123 of the Andhra
Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964(Act 7 of 1964), the Government hereby exempt the
APSCCFC Ltd., Hyderabad from the operation of provision of Clause (a) of Sub Section-7 of
Section-32 of the said Act, and reconstitute the committee to manage the affairs of the
Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad with
the following Government officials / Non officials from the date of assumption of charge by
the Chairman for a period of two (2) years with immediate effect:

1) Sri Jupudi Prabhakar Rao - Chairman

2) Sri Bathula Ramu - Director
3) Sri Akepogu Prabhakar - Director
4) Sri Gudise Devanand - Director
5) Director of Social Welfare - Person
