SCOPE

The Service shall be to provide catering services, associated and additional services including but not limited to provision of:
• 3 course meals (Nigerian, continental and special cuisine)and high end restaurant service to employees, guests and other
personnel authorized by the Company at each location;
• Packed meals to Company security personnel;
• Catering services for Company events and occasions;
• Private catering services to Company staff, their families and guests;
• Tea/coffee, snacks, bottled water, juice and other drinks and buffet luncheon for meetings (where applicable)etc
• Provision of special pastry snacks on request.
• Provision of raw materials, preparation, cooking, portioning, presentation and serving of the meals
• Provision of competent Management Team and workforce
