Course Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course, students should be able to:

1. Evaluate and analyze the concept of project management for Information Technology
(IT) and Information System (IS) development.(C6)
2. Apply skills that are required in managing project development.(P5,C3)
3. Comply to the IT project management deliverables for each phase and apply the ten
(10) knowledge areas (PMBOK) in the proposed project. (A2)
4. Analyze and evaluate the project scope, time, cost and quality for the proposed
project.(C4)

Course Description

Project management is well known as one of the critical skills apart from the programming
and application development skills that are required by the managers in the Technology (IT)
and Information System (IS) industry. This course provides student with the concept,
