That after the roll call, the Secretary informed the Board of the need to authorize persons to
process its business permit.

That NYCING M. MANADERO, or SHEILA MAE T. BORJA or JESSICA S. MANGCAL is/are

authorize to process its registration with the Business Bureau of Davao and Bureau of Internal Revenue to
sign documents pertaining to its business permit and to do any other thing to fully effectuate the powers
herein granted.

That upon motion and seconded, it had been resolved as it is hereby resolved to authorize above
persons to process said business permit.
