A school time table is a table for coordinating these four elements-
students, teachers, rooms and timeslots (also called periods).
The above time table is followed by the teachers and students of Govt Hrangchhuana High School. The school started at 9:00 a.m. while the regular class period starts from 9:15. The first 15 mins was utilized by the students for different activities. The student usually has devotion in Monday and Friday morning where students sung hymns followed by a selected student who did the job of Bible reading and prayer, short drill in Tuesday and Thursdays conducted by the faculty members along with some important announcements made by the Headmaster and the faculty members, and Wednesday morning is for study. Throughout the year, the school hour is divided into eight periods each day wherein 4 periods in the forenoon and another 4 periods in the afternoon. Each period for a day had a duration of 40 minutes. The school hour ended at 3:00 p.m. the students has a lunch break of 30 minutes. Clixs class is conducted on Monday for English, Tuesday for Science and Thursday for mathematics on the last two period Besides regular classes, extra class is also conducted specially for Class 10 students after the end of school hour every day and on saturday on each subject assigned on that particular day. The period of each extra class is varied according to the interestedness of the teacher subject concerned. Students who are distinctly weak in the subjects of Mathematics and English were also given special lectures. The existing school time table has been carefully formulated to maintain the equilibrium of teaching and feedback between teachers and students uniformly for each subject. The ratio of the psychological and emotional stress in students during schooling to their learning progress and physical fitness is the price of schooling. There was no direct relationship between the level of schooling load and the price of education. There were difficulties in learning within the first days of a week and a need for additional efforts to maintain the students’ working capacity at the end of a week.
