Creating and Managing


Personalized Learning Plans
Our learning plans allow you to easily create a plan with all the training available in the
Emerging Leaders pathway OR if desired you can personalize your plan based on the
training you would like to complete!

Personalizing your plan allows you to remove training from the plan that is not relevant for
you and/or add any training from our vast catalog that you want to complete as part of
your learning plan. Simply follow the instructions in this guide to create
your personalized learning plan.

CREATE PLAN

Click on Create a Learning Plan


from the Emerging Leaders
Pathway Page

VIEW PLAN

The title, objectives and training will automatically


populate in your plan.
PERSONALIZE PLAN

Click the Edit icon to add or remove


training from the plan.

Click the X to the right of any training item


to remove training.

Add Training

Click Search for


Learning to add
training to the plan

Search for new training and click


Add to Objective link for any
training to add your plan

When you have finished adding


training, click the Return to Objective
button on the bottom of the page.

You can add additional objectives and


more learning or set due dates for
learning. When you are done
personalizing your plan, click the Save and
Return to Plan button.
SAVE PLAN

Click the Submit Plan button at the


bottom of the page.

ACCESS AND MANAGE YOUR PLAN


Access your personalized learning plan from the menu
on the upper right corner of the page.

Choose Learning Plans from the dropdown

Click on the Title of your learning plan

Click the Launch or View link for any


training

This will open the resource in a new


window or tab. Depending on the type of
training, you will see a Launch or Request
button.

Requesting or launching the training will


open and put it on your transcript. As you
complete the training in your plan, your
progress will be updated.
PERSONALIZED LEARNING PLAN TIPS

Completion of all the resources in your learning plan is not required.

Due Dates set in the plan are only a suggestion, you can change them or
ignore them

Any learning in your plan that you may have completed prior to creating
the plan will appear as Completed within your learning plan

You can edit your plan to remove or add learning and objectives at any
time.

You can create as many learning plans as you wish, but we recommend
following one primary
