outcome through compromise x this is a skill a need to work my self more on. i will be
doing this by asking my friends and family to help me
compromise to stuff so that i dont always get my way.

individual differences, e.g., age, gender, x x college as it has taught me that the way i speak to my
etc. friends is not the way i should communicate to my tutos

the work and then when the assignement is handed out i
then retrieve files for use.

Ability to manage and prioritise time to x x 5 this is a skill i am very goof at as all my work is always
meet deadlines x x given in before the deadline and i have never ever misses
a college deadline.

information as i feel there is more informatoon to be
found online. i know using libaries is important and i
will stat attending the libary more often because i am

Ability to interpret inferential for this skill i am going to google how to interpret interfetil skills. i will be doing this so that i can get an
statistics, e.g., confidence undertsand of what it is and thn i can see what googles responce is. by using the respince i can practise how to

more in depth research once I have handed in my assignment.

2.​Self awareness​ – the ability my ratinf for this was quite high as i always only focus on my weaknesses and never praise my own strengths. to
to identify and reflect on own make my raing for this come low again i will try to do a swot analysis on my self monthly so that i am able to
strengths and weaknesses in discuss my strenths and see how to improve my weaknesses so that i have more strengths. doing a swot monthly
relation to: will allow me to shine more light on my self and really go into depth of how to become a better version of myself.

ability to defend argument t​ his is my highest rating i got on my transferable skills audit. the result for this was 25. i feel as though i am not very
using logical and systematic good at reasoning with others and i always feel as though my opinions are right. to fix this I am going to be asking
thinking based on sound my family member and friends to help argue with me so i can work on this skill effectively.

coca cola, and as you can see from my screenshot i went into depth about the company.

i have created a CV which included a persnoanl statment and my CV will be linked on my websitr.

● in college i attend tutorial which is where i have a one on one conversation with my learning coach for my course. i also express my verbal
communication with members of my classs.

this skill has been developed from taking part in project at the centre of excellence. during project and my course units i have to make sure that i
am collabrating effectiveely within a team and so i feel as though college has helped me with this skill.

as part of being a team leader in one of my groups at college, there is always times when two members of the group will argue and so i have to
compromise and be sensitive about the argumenetn in order to come to a final conculusion.

as part of being a leader again, one of my group members was not feeling to good about presenting so i therefor gave her more than engough
time to practise in front of us at the team and then slowly built her up to present infront of the class.

i always do my shopping online so i use google a lot. i use google to do all my research for my course and also use it for when trying to find a
job as it has a wide selection.

i have no evidence for my creativity how ever at home i have helped design bedrooms in a different way which demonstartes my creativity.

the store look nice.
