Important Details for your Travel

● Standard hotel check-in time is from 12 noon , and check out time is 8:00 am due to ferry timings. Early check in and late checkout
are subject to availability and applicable charges.
● Do not forget to carry valid government photo ID proof while travelling. Valid ID proofs include original Passport, aadhar card, voter
ID, and driving license.
● In case of bad weather condition if private ferry is not operational, OYO will try to accommodate in Govt Ferry or on next available
day.

● In case Govt ferry is provided no refund will be offered for the cost difference between Govt & Private Ferry.

● Standard Check in time: 12 PM & Check out Time: 8AM. Early Check-in & Late Checkout is Subject to availability
 ● A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.

● Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.

● City museums and monuments remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays.

● It is advisable to seek your doctor’s advice before undertaking activities like Scuba or Sea walk, especially in the case of any
pre-existing medical issues.

● Sightseeing changes due to weather conditions & Alternate Options will be provided as per weather conditions.

● Sightseeing as per Geo-Political conditions and as per allowed time frame

● Air conditioner in vehicles will not be operational in hilly areas (due to mechanical reasons). Driver reserves the rights to switch
off/operate the AC as per the terrain, climatic and vehicle’s condition.

● No WIFI & Mobile Connectivity. Limited availability of BSNL/Airtel network.

● For the bookings made on Triple sharing basis, extra mattress will be provided No Bed.

● Complimentary Breakfast is available at hotel at specific time. In case of an early sightseeing/tour, guest has to drop a request for
packed breakfast at the hotel reception one day prior before 9pm. No refund will be made for skipping/Missing breakfast

● Activity Video Recordings & group or family pics are not included in package cost , Guest can get the same on direct payment basis

● In case Makruzz/Coastal Cruise are not operational due to weather, technical or other unavoidable reasons, OYO will not be liable for
any refund claims arising from this.

Terms & Conditions

1. Room occupancy will strictly be in accordance with the one, confirmed at the time of booking.
2. In case of Triple sharing room, rolling mattress will be provided for third person. Occupancy regulations for Family rooms and
other Club rooms will be in accordance with Hotel’s policy.
3. Any amendment in issued flight tickets, like – Change in Dates, Names, timing, airline or any other information will attract
amendment charges as per Airline’s amendment Policies.
4. Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. These are generally pre-decided as per ferry operation
schedules.
5. Please do not give Any commitment for Innova for Transfers and Sightseeing, Very few Innova vehicles are available, for which
commitment can’t be given.
6. It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many
places as a valid photo ID.
7. Foreign Nationals need to clear immigration at Port Blair, where they are issued with a RAP (Restricted Area Permit) free of cost.
This permit is to be carried by the foreign national at all times and would be required at the time of check-in at the hotel, during
security checks before boarding vessels, landing on every island etc. It is mandatory to carry a valid original passport and visa in
order to obtain the RAP. Photocopies/scan copies are not accepted.
8. Given hotels and rooms are on confirmed state but in case of any unexpected situation or any technical fault which lead to the
Cancellation/overbooking of any booked Hotel, OYO reserves rights to change the hotel and provide any other hotel of similar
standard.

9. Flight ticket cancellation / Refund is strictly in accordance with Airline cancellation/Refund policies.

10. OYO Shall not be responsible for any Loss of Baggage / Loss of Belongings / Broken Baggage at Airport or anywhere else.
11. Flight timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching to the airport. OYO shall not be responsible for any incidence where
client is not able to reach airport / Board the flight due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting
flights or any other reason related with airline’s governance like – Delay in Flight, Change in timing / Overbooking by Airline or any
other factor.
12. Vehicle provided during tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the
specified / common route.
13. Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided in tour will not be permitted.
Late evening / late night drive apart from designed plan will be prohibited.
14. There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you
till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by Client.

15. Vehicle will not be allocated on the leisure day (day free for relaxation).
16. Air Condition in Vehicles will not be operational on hilly areas (due to mechanical reasons).Driver reserves the rights to switch off
/operate AC as per the terrain’s, climatic and Vehicle’s conditions.

17. Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other activity charges , including but not limited to charges in relation to parking,
transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc, will not be included in the package until and unless so specified specially
in inclusion section.
18. In case of any natural calamity or any other force majeure incident, OYO reserves the rights to modify/change or cancel the partial
or complete tour Package. OYO shall not be held responsible for refund/Compensation in any such circumstances.
19. Given rates are inclusive of all taxes. In case of any change in tax structure based on government norms which is applicable at the
time of check-in or during the tour, shall be charged directly.
20. Package Price is a consolidation of different components inseparable in nature in terms of costing which may have been sourced
from independent third party(ies) by OYO in the capacity of representatives of those independent parties. The invoice for the
services sourced from 3rd parties will be provided on request after the completion of package.
21. Any charges related with on-ground modification/addition of service, which is opted by Client by his/her own choice and not
affecting rest of the tour itinerary, will have to be paid directly to Driver/Supplier on the behalf of OYO.
22. OYO reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour package, in part or in whole, at any time prior to the commencement of the
tour or a particular part of the tour, as the case may be, for any reason including but not limited to the act of god, act of man
whether or not unforeseen and / or unexpected etc. In all such cases, refund will be processed according to the Cancellation policy
of OYO as applicable at that specific point of time.
23. Refund on cancellation (Cancellation in accordance with Cancellation Policies) is strictly dependent on Cancellation policies and the
refund process will take minimum 14 working days.
24. In case of any on ground issues with any third party, OYO shall try to support in all possible ways but shall not be held liable for the
act and hence will not be liable for any sort of compensation. OYO’s liability in relation to the Package shall at all times be limited to
those circumstances where an express liability has been cast on it under these Terms.

25. In case of non-payment of package cost or any unpaid component of the Package, the voucher shall stands null and void.
26. This voucher consists of services which were agreed by mutual consent (Offer and acceptance),at the time of communication for
quotation. Holding the Voucher, client is expected to be in acceptance of the Services and is expected to have clarified all tour
related queries beforehand. Any deviation in personal expectations level, will not bound OYO, for any sort of modification, during
the tour.
27. Oyo's entire liability to the Client for any claim arising out of this Package / browsing the website/ application, shall be limited to the
amount equivalent to the price paid by the Client for the Package giving rise to such claim minus all applicable taxes and third-party
charges.
28. OYO shall not be liable to pay for any loss suffered by the Client, if it is found that the Client had been in violation of any express or
implied directions given by or on behalf of OYO, applicable law, rule and / or regulations.
29. No offer, promo code or discount shall be applicable to this Package unless so expressly notified by OYO on its website and this
Package cannot be clubbed with any scheme, offer, and package of OYO or its associates.
30. All grievances shall first be raised with Customer relationship team within 15 days of the occurrence of such event. In case no
resolution to such grievance is provided by Customer relationship team within 30 days, the Client shall have the right to escalate
the dispute in the accordance with these terms and OYO’s applicable policies.
31. Client shall be liable to reimburse OYO for any and all losses suffered and / or charges incurred as a result of the Client’s actions,
direct or indirect, in relation to Client
32. This Package shall be governed by laws of India, and all disputes in relation to this package shall be resolved by arbitration in Delhi
in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to
any matter arising out of the Package.
33. This Package and all of your rights and obligations in relation to the same are non-transferable and cannot be assigned without the
prior permission of OYO.
