Instructions For Candidates (Please read carefully)

1. It is mandatory to bring the Hall Ticket and valid photo ID card (PAN Card/Passport / Driving License /Voter's Card / Bank
Passbook with Photograph Photo Identify proof issued by a Gazetted Ofcer (on ofcial Letterhead), Aadhar card (E-
Aadhar card also), Employee ID, Valid Photo ID issued by Educational Institutions.

2. Electronic device (cellular phone/mobile phones/calculator) log tables, study material, books, notes, reference books
etc. shall not be allowed in the Examination Hall/Room.

3. Candidates are advised to report at the test center on scheduled reporting time as mentioned on the hall ticket and bring
latest passport size photo.

4. The Candidates will have to attend this CBT at their own cost and no TA/DA or any kind of compensation shall be
provided.

5. The examination will be CBT. The candidate will be required to Enter User Name & Password to start the CBT. Please
ensure that the candidate’s name & other details which will subsequently appear on the screen are correct. The
candidate must maintain secrecy of the User name & Password & should not share with anyone.

6. The candidate must bring a Pen/Pencil with him/her, no stationary except rough sheets shall be provided at the
examination center.

7. Before appearing for the online examination, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulll the eligibility criteria stipulated
in the advertisement in all respects. Submission of fake, untrue, fabricated, distorted information in online applications
and documents thereafter shall lead to disqualication of candidates at any stage of the recruitment as well as penal
action as per prevailing law. Please note that even if you qualify in the CBT examination & subsequently it is found that
the candidate does not fulll the eligibility criteria his/her candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment,
such candidate shall not have any claim of employment with MMMOCL in above circumstances.

8. Candidate’s answers shall be compared & analyzed with other candidates too, to detect patterns of similarity of right &
wrong answers. If any identical pattern of answers found, it may be understood that the information has been shared or
copied, in this event candidature of the examinee shall be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment.

9. Any request for changes of date/time/center/venue will not be considered in any circumstances

10. Candidate must essentially note that this call letter does not constitute an offer of employment with MMMOCL & no such
claims can be made by the candidates

11. In unavoidable circumstances the examinations timing may be delayed due to technical disruptions or may be cancelled
due to administrative reasons. However, every possible effort shall be made to rectify such problem and candidate shall
be given assigned time accordingly. In Event of cancellation of examination MMMOCL reserve the right to reschedule
the examination on later date and no claims towards travelling, lodging and any kind of damages/compensation shall be
admissible.

12. MMMOCL reserves the right to change the venue/center/time & also the date of examination.

13. The information entered by the applicants in the online application form will be treated as nal & same shall be validated
of various stage of examinations, no corrections or modications of primary information as entered in the online
application shall be allowed.

14. Canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate in connection to their selection/recruitment with MMMOCL shall be
considered as a sufcient reason of DISQUALIFICATION.

15. Candidates must co-operate with examination staff & maintain absolute discipline during the exam.

16. Candidates failing to comply with these instruction & instructions of staff inside the examination hall will not be permitted
to appear for the examination
