Re: Notice of Dishonor

Dear Mr. Abuan,

I am writing to notify you of the dishonor of the following checks:

1. East West Bank Solano Check No. 0001112 dated 15 January

2020 for the amount of Thirty Thousand Philippine Pesos
(P30, 000.00).
2. East West Bank Solano Check No. 0001113 dated 15 February
2020 for the amount of Thirty Thousand Philippine Pesos
(P30, 000.00).
3. East West Bank Solano Check No. 0001114 dated 15 March
2020 for the amount of Thirty Thousand Philippine Pesos
(P30, 000.00).
4. East West Bank Solano Check No. 0001115 dated 15 April
2020 for the amount of Thirty Thousand Philippine Pesos
(P30, 000.00).

The said checks, Check No. 0001112 and Check No. 0001113, were
dishonored because of an unjustified stop payment order. Notwithstanding
the stop payment order, the same would still have been dishonored for
insufficient funds.

The said checks, Check No. 0001114 and Check No. 0001115, were
dishonored because the account against which the checks were drawn has
been closed.

I will hold y0ou liable for interest, damages, attorney’s fees, and expenses
that I may incur arising from your failure to settle your obligation.

I expect you to give this matter your preferential attention.
