2) To engage the services of a reputable real estate broker, a lawyer, a tax professional and
such other professional real estate practitioner, if necessary, to ensure the expeditious and
smooth sale of the property and to pay their respective fees and/or commissions from out
of the proceeds of sale of the same;
3) To sign, subscribe, execute and submit any and all documents, affidavits,
papers, and instruments relative to the said sale, s well as to secure and to obtain
the necessary documents and records to carry out the foregoing purposes;
4) To secure copies of any documents, instruments and papers from any public or
private office as may be necessary to consummate the said sale;
5) To execute, file, sign, deliver, and receive any and all documents necessary for the
abovementioned power;
6) To do and perform any and all other lawful acts and deeds necessary to ensure the
effective exercise of the given authorities herein.
