TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF

I'd describe myself as a hard-working and enthusiastic person who works well with others and
takes a lot of pride in completing tasks both on schedule and at an outstanding level. Further to
that, I think the best way for me to describe myself is in a word: flexible. For the 8 months that I
spent working as an accounting general clerk at BSP has allowed me to cultivate this quality
through many different experiences. Specifically, I get to interact with different kinds of people
everyday and help them on their payments or other concerns. Also, our system in the bank
changes a lot so the employees really get learn the concept flexibility and adoptability.

DESCRIBE YOUR MOST RECENT POSITION

I work at LBP Service Corporation, an agency and they assigned me to work at BSP as
Accounting General Clerk, an outsource personnel. I am assigned to Asset Management
Department where they are in charge of all the properties owned by the Bank. My job is to assist
clients for their amortization or full payments and other concerns. Also, prepare documents like
Contracts, Notices, Statement of Accounts and Others and mail them to clients, monitors all
incoming and outgoing documents for my department, input/update data into the company’s
system, filing of documents and assist my senior officers everyday.

WHY ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A NEW OPPORTUNITY NOW?

I was proud to be an employee at BSP even if it is an outsource or contractual job and I

thoroughly enjoyed everybody on my team, including my boss. But at some point during my
time working there I realized that I was not passionate about the type of work I was doing. Also,
there were no direct advancement or the chances are very slim for the opportunity in terms of
promotions that would allow me to increase my earnings and to be a full-time employee as well.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?

My greatest strengths are my determination, flexibility and my ability to work in harmony with
co-workers. I am determined to finish a task even if there are a lot of obstacles along the way and
I don’t give up easily even if the chances of achieving it is very slim. I am flexible, like what I’ve
said earlier, my previous company’s system changes a lot and I was able to quickly adopt to it.
And since I’m flexible, I can also adopt and interact with other people without having a hard
time and I also work well with a team.

WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST WEAKNESS?

I think my biggest weakness is that I am a shy person, which can sometimes prevent me from
speaking up in front of large groups of people or having one-on-one discussions with authority
figures. I became aware that this weakness was affecting my ability to do my job at the highest
level, but during my 8 months at my previous work help me lessen my weakness since I'm
interacting with different kinds of clients everyday.
TELL ME HOW YOU THINK OTHER PEOPLE WOULD DESCRIBE YOU

I think people would say that what you see is what you get. If I say I will do something, I do it. If
I say I will help, I help. I’m not sure that everyone likes me, but they all know they can count on
what I say and how hard I work.

DESCRIBE YOUR DREAM JOB

My dream job from the very beginning is be the own boss of my business. I want someone to
work for me instead of I am working for someone. I think most of the employees today would
agree to me that they don’t want to be an employee forever. I want to be the employer someday.
I want to start business even if it’s a small one like a restaurant or coffee shop. But as long as I
am an employee, I just want to be an employee that adds value to the company and continue to
grow everyday.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK HERE?

The auditor job is known for letting your employees to travel which I like and from that
employees get to meet different challenges. When I take a job, I want to make sure that I'll be
able to not only do my absolute best every day but continue to improve as well. I think the
company can help me with that and also I have a good friend who is working at the company and
she told me how fun it is to work here.

WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU?

What sets me apart from the other candidates is not only my ability to balance several
complicated tasks while under the most difficult conditions (which I believe I demonstrated
thoroughly during my time at BSP), but also that I receive an amount of personal validation from
being a successful multitasker and I'm willing to learn everything that I need to know to be
perfect for the job.

WHAT ARE YOUR SALARY EXPECTATIONS?

A salary between 16,000 to 18,000.

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN FIVE YEARS?

I’d like to see myself work for a company where I can add value to it and where there is a chance
for a person like me to advance the company's goals as well as my own. This is my goal as of
now but if I'm ever hired for this position I believe this will help me to look for more goals and
help me achieve it.

DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR ME?

1. What are the next steps in the interview process?

2. What are the company's highest-priority goals this year, and how would my role contribute?

3. Can you tell me what you love the most about working here?

4. What are the greatest challenges I will face in this role if I am hired?

5. How would you describe the culture of the company?

6. Will you contact all applicants whether they are successful or not?
