SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LUZVIMINDA SAMPANG ALACRITO, of legal age, married, Filipino and a

resident of Purok 6, Brgy. Obogon, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, do hereby appoint
HENRIETTO TORRES ALACRITO, likewise of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident
of Purok 6, Brgy. Obogon, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, as my true and lawful
representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To sign on my behalf my car loan application of my daughter, GIESSALLYN

ALACRITO with TOYOTA Dumaguete, where I am the co-maker/guarantor of
such application;

2. To sign all documents related to such car loan application and process all
requirements needed for the release of such vehicle from TOYOTA Dumaguete
and from the bank;

3. To claim in behalf any document/papers related to such transaction;

4. To process the renewal of my PRC license before the Professional Regulation

Commission Office;

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to execute

and perform every act necessary to render effective the application and processing of the
car loan application, and the renewal of my PRC License, as though i myself, have so
performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that she may do by virtue hereof with full
right of substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 19th day of November
2019 in the City of Dumaguete, Philippines.
