1: Pakistan International Bulk Terminal Port Qasim Karachi June 2016 – Present
✓ Efficient and Economical Maintenance of Quay Cranes, Belt Conveyors, Elevators and Overhead
cranes as per OEM
✓ Planning and Effective implementations of PM and CM tasks to increase machine up time and equipment
reliability during operations.
✓ Monitor, Control and reduce average downtime of equipment by carrying breakdown analysis, taking
measures to reduce reoccurring failures and presenting weekly reports to managements.
✓ Execution of all maintenance work as per HSE policies and with JSA and RA of all works
✓ Timely forecasting the Spare parts and coordinating inventory management.
✓ Design Study, offloading, testing and commissioning of Quay Cranes including Ship loader and two Ship
unloader of Coal. The modification and adjustment of Disc brake of gantry wheels, Belts, Hoisting and
lowering drum of Grab Bucket and boom hoisting.
✓ Installation and erection of all Mechanical Equipment of Cement Silos including compressors, fluid
slides for aeration, bag filters, ducts, pipes, hoppers, manual and pneumatic butterfly valves.
✓ Erection, commissioning and design related Technical knowledge of Belt conveyor structure.
Alignment of Main column, main frame of idlers and rollers, beams and column of transfer tower,
placing of belt with all safety measures and process of its joint.
✓ Quality Control of Welding of Cement Silo’s pipes and Valves and Structure for Workshop.
✓ Construction and Erection of HFO Tank, Fuel Farm of Power Plant.
✓ Design Review, installation, testing and commissioning of production and firefighting Pumps station
including three centrifugal pumps and one jockey for production water and two centrifugal, one diesel
pump and one Jockey pump for firefighting water. Also erection of pipe line and its Pressure testing

Cement Terminal.
✓ Design approval, Installation, testing and commissioning of Sewage treatment plant with Bar Screen,
filter press machine, two Blower, submersible pumps, dosing and SB bar tanks, fiber filter and UV
device. Also have training of operations and maintenance by Chinese company.
 ✓ Installation of fire hydrant ,gate valve, check valve, pressure gauge, fallopian tube, Y type filter rubber
soft joint, eccentric and concentric reducer, float valve and welding of all steel pipes and elbows for
production and fire water.
✓ Installation of hoisting Overhead cranes in pumps stations, workshop, power plant.
✓ Installation and commissioning of 13.4 MW Power plant having 5 Cummins Generators of each 2.68
MW. Installation of Ventilation system, Noise reduction and vibration control isolators.
✓ Coating and Sand Blasting of steel column, beams, plates and other structure.
